We are tube straightening machine manufacturer, our machine is equipped with powerful 5HP motor and drum unit of Ø88 x 100L. They are available in a variety of materials, including brass, aluminium, steel and special alloys, and in sizes from Ø10 to 30mm. The actual target straightness of our machine is ≤0.30mm/M.
Our machines feature a horizontal design and a zigzag roller arrangement to ensure efficient material pressing through multiple rollers. Distance scales on each roller facilitate measurement and monitoring. The inverter function allows speed adjustment based on material composition, optimizing results.
Through the digital control interface, operators can easily adjust drum settings and access operation records. Our machines are versatile and suitable for cold drawing, bending, turning, cutting and packaging.
