We are round bar straightening machine manufacturer, our machine is equipped with 5HP motor and Ø88 x 100L roller unit. They are available in a variety of materials, including brass, aluminium, steel and special alloys, and in sizes from Ø10 to 30mm. Use our machines to achieve target straightness of ≤0.30mm/M.
Our machines feature a horizontal design and a zigzag roller arrangement to ensure efficient material pressing through multiple rollers. Distance scales on each roller facilitate measurement and monitoring. The inverter function allows speed adjustment based on material composition, optimizing results.
